Exchange & Return
Car Interface strives to describe all required information clearly and concisely on the website. This allows you to place your order well-informed. Because you as a consumer have no opportunity to properly view or test a product in advance, Car Interface applies a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
You therefore have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 euros per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Car Interface with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can register your return using one of the return forms below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Since damaged (due to use) or built-in products can no longer be sold as new (due to scratches, grease, visual or internal damage to cables), we will reimburse 70% of the purchase price excluding shipping costs. We recommend that you first carefully connect and try out the ordered product before proceeding with the final installation.
Before returning a product, you must first notify Car Interface, so that we know to expect your package back. This can be done in the following ways:

The returned products must be properly packaged and returned to the return address by registered mail, together with the invoice.

We recommend that you always send a return by registered mail. If your package is lost during the shipping process with a postal service, we are not liable.

Cost
The costs of return shipment are at your expense. Car Interface will bear the costs of returning the repaired or replacement product.
