With this Bluetooth module (interface / audio adapter) you can enjoy your favorite music that can be played wirelessly from a mobile phone or another Bluetooth device via your original VOLVO SC series car radio with an 8-pin Mini Din CD changer port.
This interface behaves like a CD changer and is also recognized as such by your car stereo. This maintains the full functionality of your audio system.
The necessary CD changer connection is located on the back of the stereo.
Once connected, this Bluetooth module creates an additional source on your stereo, namely the CD changer. The CD changer mode can be activated by using the SOURCE button and music playback starts from your smartphone.
The interface / adapter is operated via the buttons on your steering wheel or via those on your car stereo (previous / next track).
