⚠ Important Installation Notes
- If an original factory TV module is present, it must be bypassed using the provided optical loop connector (included in the package).
- No coding required — MR12volt automatically activates the TV menu after installation, even if the vehicle did not have a factory TV module.
- Professional installation is highly recommended.
Operation Method
MR12volt is accessed through the original TV menu.
- Select 'TV' on the infotainment system to launch the MR12volt system.
- MR12volt emulates the original (factory) TV module.
- After startup, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are operated via the original touchscreen.
- The 'Next / Previous' track buttons on the steering wheel are not supported; this is a limitation of the original (OEM) controls when the system operates in TV mode.
