Bluetooth interface / audio adapter ( MN-603-RD4 ) for factory Peugeot car radios with a 12-pin CD changer connection.

This interface makes it possible to make hands-free telephone calls (car kit) and to stream music from a mobile phone or other device with Bluetooth support in CD quality via your car radio.

This interface behaves like a CD changer and is also recognized as such by your car radio. This maintains the full functionality of your car. The interface / adapter is operated via the buttons on your steering wheel (if present) or via those on your car radio.

  • Hands-free telephoning (HFP). Operation takes place via your original car radio or steering wheel buttons (AVRCP). Record by pressing "<<" button (rewind) on the radio or steering wheel button and hang up by pressing ">>" button (fast forward) on the radio or corresponding steering button
  • Stream music wirelessly (A2DP), also via Spotify and Deezer . Operation takes place via your original car radio or steering wheel buttons (AVRCP).

Comments:

• Does not support the following car radios / navigation systems:
  • Car radio with serial number RD4N2M-03
  • VDO RD4 N1M-02 radio unit (P13825)

• If a CD changer has not previously been connected to the radio, the CD changer support must be activated by the dealer. With us this can be achieved for only €37.95.

• It is not possible to combine this interface / adapter with an existing CD changer.
• Before installing the interface, the car radio must be disconnected from all cables except the antenna cable. Please note that in some cases a radio security code must be entered after disconnecting the wiring. So keep this at hand.
